1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, diced
1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup grapes, halved
1 medium apple, diced
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or residues. Hull the strawberries, quarter them, and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the blueberries, diced pineapple, sliced kiwi, halved grapes, diced apple, and sliced banana. Make sure to handle the fruits gently to maintain their structure and avoid bruising.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, and chopped mint until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss everything together using a spatula or wooden spoon.
