Description
A dish that transforms simple pantry staples into a rich and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Scale:
12 ounces bowtie pasta
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the ranch dressing, followed by the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat all the pasta in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
