Ingredients
Scale:
1 lb Ground beef
2 cups Elbow macaroni
3 cups Beef broth
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cup Milk
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add elbow macaroni, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the macaroni is tender.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and creamy.
