- 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by adding the halved new potatoes at the bottom. This will ensure they cook evenly.
- Layer the sliced sausage on top of the potatoes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Add the corn pieces around the sausage, creating a colorful display.
- In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning and minced garlic, then sprinkle it evenly over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the lemon slices, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
- About 15 minutes before serving, add the shrimp to the slow cooker. Cook until they turn pink and opaque.
