Ingredients
Scale:
2 pounds of chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer.
Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Heat until bubbling, then reduce and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
Remove the wings from the oven and toss them with the honey sriracha sauce until well-coated.
Transfer to a serving platter, optionally garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve.
