  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer.
  4. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Heat until bubbling, then reduce and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
