Ingredients
Scale:
2-3 pounds Beef tenderloin
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Beef broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions
Season the beef tenderloin generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the beef tenderloin for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker. Add minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, and thyme on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the beef from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with the cooking liquid drizzled over the top for extra flavor.
